Mindful Mondays

The goal of the "Mindful Mondays" project is to create an intentional moment to free our minds from distractions, creating space and positive vibes for the week to come.
Our offer is a 15 min. mindfulness guided meditation (in English), followed by some minutes in silence for each one to set their intentions and goals for the week, and a brief period of sharing for those willing to do so. The sessions are happening online every Monday, from 7:30h - 8:00h.
