De acordo com este Relatório de carácter prospectivo há seis grandes áreas no mercado de tecnologias ambientais que irão destacar-se.

· Environmentally-friendly power generation and storage,
· Sustainable mobility,
· Material efficiency and
· Waste management and recycling.”
